More Water

Found a You Tube video that really explains how good water affects our bodies. 
Shows how our bodies have to work very hard to keep us healthy.
They did a wonderful job so I am sharing the info for everyone to view and rethink the products they put in their body.
A healthy body will keep you well and if you keep it well it will keep you going for years.

Its the only body we get, keep it in good working order and it, YOU, will last a good long while.
